[size=3][color=green]By chance, Li Honghui logged onto the Mutual Aid Networks for Job Hunting website and found a rich source of job-related information like the latest job fairs, recruitment information and best of all a platform for meeting people from different cities. [/color][/size]
[size=3][color=green]Li Honghui left a message asking for help from any person familiar with Beijing, the city he wanted to work in. Among the replies he received, one was from a Beijing netizen named Gezi.[/color][/size]
[size=3][color=green]"She told me about the latest job fairs in Beijing. And the day I arrived in the capital, she came to the train station and picked me up. She also found me a hotel near the job fair and gave me job hunting advice. I finally found a job in Beijing, the city of my dreams, and I am so grateful to her."[/color][/size]
[size=3][color=green]The Mutual Aid Networks for Job Hunting website where Li Honghui got the opportunity to meet Gezi, was established just six months before. Its founder was Liu Bailong. Liu says the website was inspired by his own job hunting experiences.[/color][/size]
[size=3][color=green]"I went to college in northeastern China's Heilongjiang Province, but I wanted to find a job in the south. I thought, how great it would be if I had some friends in the south! So I posted all of my contact information, such as my cell-phone number, ID number, and even my home address on my homepage, and asked for help. I only expected a little help concerning transportation and or accommodation. But to my surprise, a young man invited me to his home, gave me job information, and he even lent me his bicycle, saying that I could ride around the historic city on it."[/color][/size]
[size=3][color=green]Inspired by this experience, Liu Bailong was resolved to build a website to reach out to other needy people. Liu invested his savings and established his Mutual Aid Networks for Job Hunting website last May. [/color][/size]
[size=3][color=green]Visitors to the website can find information about new job fairs, city guides, job hunting skills, and forums on different topics. Members can contribute articles about their job hunting experiences on the website, and if someone is in need, he or she can leave a message on the forum, and other members will extend a helping hand. [/color][/size]
[size=3][color=green]Since its founding, the website has grown and has now attracted the attention of the media. Bit by bit, the website and this special job hunting method have become known to more and more people. [/color][/size]
[size=3][color=green]Liu Bailong, the founder of the website tells us more.[/color][/size]

But after a couple of days, I found that actually, many members had the same experience as I had, some are even my town fellows or schoolmates. I also read the articles posted on the website by members. They shared their experiences and opinions concerning job hunting. So I submitted my personal information and became a member. [size=3][color=green]The website displays its slogan on its home page, "Make a friend on line and reach out a helping hand." Network members are encouraged to contribute articles about their job hunting experiences to the website.
